Korn Poster
Artwork by David Stoupakis "I use animals in the work I
do because they mean something personal to me…For the most
part, [Korn frontman Jonathan Davis] gave me the lyrics from
"Seen It All". 'I'm just a child with a tear in his eyes/I
am holding this gift that is broken.' That became the cover
and all the other side artwork was developed from there.quot;

Great Lyrics
From One More Time on The Untouchables (2002)
" Falling through this
space in time
buried in this hurt of mine
falling slowly like a dream
falling through a world unseen
why can I not break this spell?
I'm in darkness, is this hell?
falling towards this hole I see
this is how it has to be."
"The graphic
artistry in Korn posters is imaginative and street-smart. Several
scenes echo the band's heavy metal tracks through the cartoon
renderings of a nightmare, with the horror just below the surface.
As in their music, you know that the pain portrayed is real.
Such primal emotion is difficult to capture in words, and must
be experienced - live and in person, if possible. In a word
picture, Korn concert tickets are a passport through rock music
fun house."
"In
tribute to one of the best alternative metal bands that ever
played, every fan should have a poster featuring the original
five-members. Now that Brian "Head" Welch has dropped out, any
poster pictures of Korn's founding five will be classics. But
don't ignore the incredible graphic artistry that appears throughout
the band's portfolio. Korn posters represent the best modern
rock art available."
